General
About RYI
Rebuild Yourself, Inc. serves teens and young adults who may be navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, or feelings of isolation and are seeking connection and support.
RYI programs are always free to families. Thanks to generous donors, sponsors, and volunteer facilitators. An optional paid mobile app may be offered separately and is never required for program participation.
We blend virtual sessions with in-person meetups in Central Florida. Our ROSE program connects with partner hospitals to reach participants where they are.
Teens
For Teens & Young Adults
We keep teen reflections private unless there is a safety concern. Guardians receive general updates, not session-specific details.
We provide supply kits during your first session and refresh them quarterly thanks to donors.
We encourage participation every week, but we understand life can get in the way. No matter how often you can attend, you are always welcome! If you need additional supports in between sessions, feel free to reach out and we will set a virtual session.
Caregivers
For Caregivers & Families
Absolutely. Let us know if you prefer initials, a pseudonym, or no photo for public features.
Absolutely. Many caregivers join Empower while their teen participates in Embrace or ROSE.
Partners
For Professionals & Hospital Partners
Adolescents and young adults (15–30) navigating long-term treatment or survivorship. Hospital social workers can submit referrals.
Certified facilitators bring creative kits to bedside visits and host synchronous virtual connections between participants.

Yes. Rebuild Yourself Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. You'll receive an emailed receipt immediately after your gift.
Absolutely. We offer recurring giving options to help sustain our programs year-round.
We connect stories with outcomes like session attendance and resource downloads, summarized in quarterly impact reports.
